Julie is president of Marzolf & Associates and has over 20 years experience in public relations. She has developed and implemented award-winning public relations strategies for clients including B. C. Packers Ltd. (Weston Foods), Grosvenor Capital, Wesbild, Simon Fraser University, Langara College and Ivanhoe Cambridge Shopping Centres Ltd. Her special expertise in land use community relations is recognized nationally.
Julie received her APR designation (Accredited Public Relations) from the Canadian Public Relations Society in 1992 and is a member of the Counselors’ Academy of the Public Relations Society of America. Marzolf is also active on the board of the University of British Columbia Commerce faculty’s Executive Mentor Program and serves on the Urban Development Institute’s Education Committee.
She has worked with a broad range of clients within the real-estate industry in both formal and voluntary capacities, including the Center for Resource Management, founded by Robert Redford and Terry Minger, Young Life’s RockRidge Canyon Resort (Princeton) and higher learning institutions including Simon Fraser University and University of British Columbia.
